Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Steam Generators:

Premier Energy is dedicated to solving the world’s energy problems through the use of steam. The Company has applied its expertise in high-pressure boilers and steam generation to develop state-of-the-art EOR steamflood generators.

Steam injection is a common method of extracting heavy oil. It is considered an Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) method and is the main type of thermal stimulation of oil reservoirs. There are different forms of the technology, with the two main ones being Cyclic Steam Stimulation and Steam Flooding. Both are applied to oil reservoirs relatively shallow and contain crude oils, which are very viscous at the temperature of the native underground formation. Steam injection is widely used in the San Joaquin Vally of California (USA), the Lake Maracaibo area of Venezuela and the oil sands of northern Alberta (Canada).

Steam flood, know as a steam drive, wells are used as steam injection wells and other wells are used for oil production.

Two mechanisms are at work to improve the amount of oil recovered. The first is to heat the oil to higher temperatures and to thereby decrease its viscosity so that it more easily flows through the formation toward the producing wells. The second mechanism is the physical displacement in which oil is pushed to the production wells. While more steam is needed for this method than the cyclic method, it is typically more effective at recovering a larger portion of the oil.

The intent is to reduce the viscosity of the bitumen to the point where gravity will pull it down into the producing well.

Enhanced Oil Recovery Steam Injection Services:

All services related to design, engineering, field coordination, commissioning, initial operation, training of “Enhanced oil recovery steam injection facilities”. Services also include verification testing and initial operation of the steam generator and auxiliary support systems.

Electric Power System Design and Commissioning:

All services related to design, engineering, field coordination, commissioning of “electric power plant” systems including design, engineering, procurement, expediting, project management, field supervision, field coordination, commissionng and initial operation, specializing in “Renewable Energy” facilities.

Steam System Design and Construction:

All services related to design and construction of steam generating systems including design, engineering, procurement, expediting, project management, field supervision, field coordination and commissioning, and initial operation.

Thermal Therapy Treatment Systems:

All services related to design, engineering, field coordination, commissioning, and operation of “Thermal Therapy Treatment Services”. Services also include verification testing and operation of the steam generator and auxiliary support systems to provide a “complete solution.”

Feasibility and Life Assessment Studies:

All engineering evaluation services related to steam or cogeneration system and/or project feasibility and equipment life assessment; including technical, environmental and economic components.

Engineering and Project Management Services:

Mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering and design (CADD) services, specifically related to commercial, industrial and utility steam and power generation projects. These services include both field engineering and office (customer or home office) engineering/project management functions.

Operator Training Services:

Complete operator-training programs for all aspects of steam and power generating systems. The custom training programs are tailored to the specific requirements of the facility and equipment, and are performed on site.

Start Up & Commissioning Management Services:

Coordination and management services associated with the implementation of complete system start up and performance verification and testing. Instrumentation field calibration and commissioning services are offered stand-alone services for those requiring the same.
